The IDVKM team gathered for a teambuilding in the Rhodope Mountains village of Ravnogor. Ravnogor is situated high in the Rhodopes, offering hiking possibilities and nice views over the Vacha valley.
The team gathered the first evening, laying the 3 hours drive from Sofia. There were some challenges as some fires were along the way, but the team made it sound and safe to the Boryka hotel, where our hosts welcomed us and had a nice informal dinner with chatting.
The second day began with a hiking experience. We climbed the Bekov Rocks, and in front of us a magnificent scenery appeared.
Tired of the walk, the team made a rest, enjoying the SPA facilities of the hotel. After that the evening part began.
After traditional Bulgarian dinner, our CEO briefed us on the current results, strategy and opportunities.
And the fun part began!
We started with а quiz, won after a close competition by the team Flip7, consisting of Kalin, Deyan and Nadezhda. The quiz touched fun parts of the history of IDVKM, together with Identity Management topics.
After that there was a surprise birthday cake for our colleague Liliya.
In the morning, we had a traditional Bulgarian breakfast and headed to Sofia.
We thank our hosts from Boryka hotel for the hospitality and are looking forward to the next summer teambuiding.
