Identity Management Operations Specialist

IDVKM is a consulting company, based in Sofia, Bulgaria, specialized in Enterprise Identity Management in all its three pillars – Identity Governance & Administration, Access Management as well as Privileged Access Management. We work with the leading vendors, integrating their products, based on java or .net stack in large corporations in Western Europe, especially Germany and Austria. We have also our own R&D center, where we develop our own Identity Management Products.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a new Identity Management Operations Specialist.

We are working with global leaders in the industry to provide cutting-edge identity management solutions to a diverse range of clients.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate individual looking to kick-start their career in the field of identity management.

The job is based in Sofia. A hybrid model is possible, but we prefer working on-site, especially during the training process.

Business trips to Germany or Austria are also possible (at most 4 times a year, if any)

Responsibilities:
  • Support the daily operation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems for international clients.
  • Help clients define and manage data connections used in IAM systems.
  • Work on support tickets to troubleshoot access issues and resolve problems.
  • Handle routine service requests, such as setting up users and managing access permissions.
  • Keep documentation up to date on systems and processes.
  • Monitor systems to spot and report any access or login issues.
  • Assist in testing and rolling out new IAM features or updates.
  • Work closely with other teams to improve IAM services and user experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Fundamental knowledge of programming and SQL.
  • A self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of identity management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking as well as customer orientation and communication skills Knowledge of databases and directory services
  • Familiarity with any identity management solutions such as One Identity Manager, SailPoint, or Omada is a plus.
  • English is a must, German is a Plus
